New Buildings

All our driveways are all paved so it's easy to move in and you won't be tracking dirt or mud on your belongings.

Wood storage building roofs have a two foot over hang and there is an approximately 1/2 lip in the concrete to ensure water cannot get under the door. We use a more expensive standing seam roof with vapor barrier. Metal storage buildings also have standing seam roofs, moisture barrier in the roof.

Our facility is brand new and I think you will find all our storage units to be top notch.

Clean & Dry Units

Our wood storage buildings are wood framed with drywall inside and standard roll up garage doors for 10 x 10 and larger mini storage units. The doors have a weather seal at the bottom. Our metal storage buildings have roll-up doors that take less space and high ceilings so you stack items higher and maximize the amount you can fit in your storage unit.

Security

Our facility has security fencing with barbed wire, dozens of high definition video cameras recording 24x7 and motion sensor alarms to provide peace of mind. Our goal is to provide the most secure storage units in the area.

Keycode Access

Access to the mini storage facility is automated with keypad access to help ensure your belongings are secure. Access hours are from 6am-9pm everyday.
